-Is it free to meet in all areas in Bali?
Complimentary pick-up available from designated areas in Bali. Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Denpasar, Sanur and Ubud.
-What if my meeting point out from free coverage area?
If your meeting point is outside the designated free coverage area, additional charges may apply. Please reach out for further information on applicable fees.
-What if usage exceeding 10-hour daily limit?
Additional charges 10% of daily price will apply. Please inquire for further details.
-What if I do not have itinerary?
If you do not have a predetermined itinerary, our driver can provide assistance and recommendations to help you plan your journey effectively.
-What if my accomodation out from free accomodation coverage area?
If your accomodation falls outside the designated free accomodation coverage area. additional fee IDR 300,000 per night or equivalent may apply.
-What if vehicle broke down during the tour?
In the event of a vehicle breakdown during the tour, a replacement vehicle will be arranged promptly to minimize any disruptions to your itinerary.
-What if I ask for refund for remaining tour date?
Unfortunately no refund for ongoing tour and remaining tour date since vehicle already booked and reserve.
